Australian Pacing Gold is Australia’s leading standardbred sales company, conducting annual yearling sales in Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney. Industry owned and not-for-profit, APG’s sales are backed by Australasia’s richest two-year-old and three-year-old sales series, with APG’s 2021 Sales Graduates set to race for $2.2 million in prize money, spread across 13 Group One and 10 Group Two races. APG is exclusively devoted to the harness racing industry, with a focus on fostering a healthy and vibrant commercial breeding industry that provides breeders with a strong market in which to sell their product, whilst maximising earning opportunities for buyers. APG seeks to grow participation in the industry and minimise costs for participants by offering breeders and owners the opportunity to sell, buy and race in their home state each and every year. In addition to its yearling sales, APG supports breeders and buyers via its annual online National Mixed Sale in July/August of each year, which facilitates the sale of weanlings, yearlings, racehorses, broodmares and stallions. |
